So I first want to start this blog off by asking everyone how they feel? Do you want to shout from the rooftops as I do? Had enough of the fam yet? Been watching too much tik tok then realising you've got lots of work to do? (Yeah same)

Life as we used to know it has changed and now become an online so we've all had to change the way we live our lives including how we interact with our friends. This means fewer hugs and more waiting for your friend to stop lagging so you can ask them to repeat what they said. For jokes that is the worst vibe killer, EVER!
As a person who isn't the loudest or most outgoing, I'm actually finding this whole thing kinda hard. If you're someone who's also like me you'll get this, but we just sit there waiting for an opportunity to talk whilst our friends who are more extroverted talk over each other. It's like listening to birds in a way. Birds tending to not listen but keeping yapping at each other until the rain finally shuts them up. (In this case, the rain is a dropped signal). Don't get me wrong I love my friends and love watching them all talk over each other, then be the person who says "sorry didn't catch that". The only thing I find hard is just contributing to the conversation. If its a few people its kind of easy but once its more then three (excuse my language) but you're fucked. Truly. It's like a new language is being communicated, something called "rubbish wifi gibberish".
I was talking to my sister yesterday about this whole ordeal and even she was saying the same. Granted, we are the same type of person, but still, I think for anyone the struggle is there. Another thing she said was how normally when there's a group of people together, naturally there is two different conversations that happen at the same time. She noticed that you can't really do that, meaning that it's hard to keep a natural flow throughout the conversation.
Hopefully, well be able to meet up soon so that we can go back to the natural flow of conversation. The only problem that I see is that people won't be used to that way anymore so it could be just as awkward as talking over someone by accident. The only good thing is that we'll be able to see one another rather than starring at the paused screen when another person looks at their phone to check the time or if they've got a message from someone. Good luck in the meantime everyone.
