I feel like at the moment I'm using this platform as a diary for what I am doing in lockdown. I hope you're all enjoying it. Recently I've noticed that I'm becoming more busy doing different activities that I hadn't had the time to do otherwise. I wanted to write them all down as its the best use of my time and also because blogs have become another activity I'm doing. So here we go here's 5 things that I am doing during lockdown.
(Here’s a cow I saw on my run)

1). Running
In at number 1 we have running. I've got to be honest with you all I didn't think for a moment that I would be writing about going for runs every week but here we are. I've seen runners and always thought I could never do it as I was never good at long distances growing up. Now that I am doing it, however, I love it. Being able to escape my house and be alone with the music in my ear is great.
2). Redecorating
So hear me out. Every couple of weeks I've been slowly changing my room and tryingt= to put a little bit more effort into how it looks. When I moved out my room was plain and boring, so I'm trying to add life into it slowly (whilst also trying to do work). Today I added up my old ocean wave tapestry which I found under my bed, hanging it up made me feel a lot better.
3). Meditation
There's an app called mindset which helps you breathe in and out for a couple of minutes every day in the morning to help you relax and start the day off well. It's really helped me relax and not feel troubled throughout the day. I would highly recommend the app.
4). Taking care of my skin
Probably the best feeling, when I would go out, is coming back and taking off all that makeup. Now I don't have to worry as I can relax and not wear makeup everyday. Being able to care for my skin has been a blessing as I can focus on helping it breathe and heal from the impurities of the city I lived in.
5). Tidying my room
Probably the only thing my parents are happy about. My room has been tidy for about all of lockdown as I keep wanting to make the space clear. My mum always saying that a tidy space equals a tidy mind and now I can see that she is right. When I've been upset my room becomes untidy causing me to feel worse. Just me who finds that weird?
